TECHNIQUE OF THE WEEK

The Mouth Nurturing Technique

1. Using one hand, place your middle finger in your cupid’s bow directly between the nose and mouth. Place your index and ring finger on the nasolabial folds. Hold for 30 seconds, breathing deeply, relaxing the whole face and feeling a sense of self-nurturing.
